Shipping & Delivery
Malaysia : Standard Deliver charges are as shown (no negotiation). Free shipping for every orders via Poslaju. ( Min Order: Rm 150 ). Bargain Items are not eligible for Free Shipping unless combined shipping with non bargain items worth Rm 150 and above.
*The shipping charges for all items that are returned to nailfiesta will be barred by buyers.
International Orders : We are willing to ship virtually anywhere in the world. However, please check with thecustom in your country on entry req etc. Shipping charges will be charged accordingly. Returns & Replacements
Damaged or defective item : We give you voucher that you can use at next order or refund. (Only if you choose insured shipping)
Wrong item : We give you voucher that you can use at next order or refund or cash refund
Missing item : We give you voucher that you can use at next order or cash refund. (Only if you choose insured shipping)
No delivery : We reship.Others: Based on case to case basis. Refund in the form of voucher will be given for the products (no including shipping)

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required in advance. We accept Online Banking, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American ExpressOrder Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once its been placed. Kinldy check your orders before placing them. However, if for some personal reasons the orders must be cancelled, a transaction fees of 5% will be charged.
